Over the past 6 years, the Region has laid the foundations for the first stage of its digital transformation with the move, teleworking, the IDF smart services platform, a CRM, not to mention the digital transformation of high schools. A second stage is now underway with the creation of a new Digital Transformation Department whose mission is to simplify the lives of agents and facilitate relations between the Region and its partners.
